CAC worked with a local consultant to replace the standard efficiency direct expansion (DX) system with a high efficiency DX system that dramatically increased energy savings and internal air quality. The upgrade and installation included: digital scroll compressors, variable volume boxes, energy efficient fans and adaptive controls.
