From Conditionedair to CAC

ICD bought Conditionedair Corporation in the early 1960s. After a series of mergers, including the creation of the original Conditionedair and Associated Contractors (CAC), Homelectrix came to be the majority owner. When Homelectrix was sold in the early 1990s the management team at CAC purchased 49% of the company, and purchased the remaining 51% on August 18, 2000 to become CAC 2000.
